Property Management team expands

With a growing demand for our property management services, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Louise Squires and Jane Perrin.

Louise joins in the role of Facilities Manager working alongside Senior Facilities Manager Stephen Peckham.  Louise's extensive CV includes roles with Rio Tinto, CBRE, Bodens, and most recently Cormac.  Louise brings to our property management clients experience in building services, health and safety management implementation, including expertise in asbestos awareness, legionella and risk assessing.Louise-Jane

Jane joins the team as Property Management Support, having recently moved to Cornwall from the Midlands where she had several years' experience workings as a sales And lettings administrator as well as working for the National Association of estate agents.
