We have recently completed the letting of the lower ground floor office suite at Truro's landmark office building, Falcon House. Located on the corner of City Road and Calenick Street, the high- spec suite offered a net internal area of 2,250 sq ft.
It was let off a quoting rental of £35,000 p.a. to recruitment agency, Working Links, who were relocating in the city.
