IT Firm expands into Truro

The Computer Spares Warehouse, who currently trade from stores in Pool and Falmouth, have just taken occupation of 106 Kenwyn Street, Truro. The premises which are located at the junction of Little Castle Street and Kenwyn Street were previously operated as a gallery. The company specialises in the sale of refurbished, warranted IT equipment to both private and business customers. In addition, the company undertakes a repair service and includes a business centre with PC, copying, scanning and Wi-Fi facilities.

Tony Redfern, the manager of the Computer Spares Warehouse states, "We have been looking to open premises in Truro for a while now. We believe there is a real market in the area for those people who are looking for great value in used computers, peripherals and parts, without satisfying quality".

The premises have a ground floor retail area of 233 sq ft together with ancillary accommodation above and were offered by way of assignment of the existing lease expiring March 2017, at a rental of £10,500 per annum exclusive.

Mike Nightingale comments "There has been continued activity within the Truro retail market during the last few months despite the perceived uncertainty in that market. Whilst there has been a turnover of premises within the city centre, the level of available stock is not at particularly unusual levels when compared with recent years".
