  • Tom Howard Head of Building Surveying

    Tom is a Chartered Building Surveyor who joined us in May 2022. He is responsible for the delivery of all aspects of a high-quality building surveying service across the South West for the whole company, producing Schedules of Condition; producing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations; carrying out fire reinstatement valuations; providing defect diagnostics and makes recommendations for repairs; agrees licenses to alter; produces specifications for major works, contract valuations; produce PPM’s and residential and commercial structural surveys. Tom's previous employment was with an international consultancy firm where he took an active role in Business Development and acted as an APC supervisor and counsellor. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a MSc Building Surveying (RICS accredited). Tom passed the APC to become Chartered in 2018. He lives in Penryn with his partner. He enjoys running, cycling and walking his dogs.

  • Hannah Sieniewicz Assistant Building Surveyor

    Hannah joined us in June 2023 as an Assistant Building Surveyor in our Building Surveying Department. Following a career at sea with the Royal Navy Reserve and SubSea7, she pursued a land based career in property working various sectors, most recently as an Energy Assessor. This is a new position which reflects the demand for our building surveying services. Hannah lives with her husband on the north coast where she enjoys taking her dog Molly on long beach walks.
