  Brian Botting FRICS IRRV

Brian is a Partner and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors he is also a member of the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation. Brian joined Miller Commercial as Head of Development in April 2003 from Chesterton Plc. Previously Brian headed up the property services department at Carrick District Council. Brian has been involved with the property profession for 30 years and now specialises in the assembly, acquisition and disposal of development sites. In addition he also undertakes valuation, rent review and lease renewal work.

  Andrew Ranson MRICS

Andrew is a Senior Valuer and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.  He joined Miller Commercial in May 2007 having most recently worked for Christie and Co in Exeter.  He has worked within the Property industry for the last 10 years and has been involved in most areas of general practice.   He is experienced in all aspects of commercial property valuation and has a particular expertise in trading related appraisals.  He also undertakes rent review and lease renewal work.
