Brian joined Miller Commercial as Head of Development in April 2003 from Chesterton Plc. Previously Brian headed up the property services department at Carrick District Council. Brian has been involved with the property profession for 30 years and now specialises in the assembly, acquisition and disposal of development sites. Terry who has been involved in the property profession for over 30 years. Educated at Falmouth Grammar School, he joined Miller & Co, which was then a private partnership, in the late 1960’s. Miller & Co expanded rapidly during the 70’s and 80’s with 18 branch offices and a number of specialist departments including Business Transfer and Commercial, both of which were his responsibilities. In 1990 Miller & Co sold to Hambro’s Bank and Terry became a Regional Director. In 1994 together with Peter Heather he negotiated a management buyout to create Miller Commercial. 
Peter is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has been part of the Miller brand since 1987 as a surveyor and manager prior to forming Miller Commercial with Terry. His specialities include the management of clients’ properties together with a number of professional matters including rent reviews, lease renewals and arbitration work. In addition Peter is involved with specific clients including investment acquisitions and disposals and key portfolio disposals.
Mike joined Miller Commercial in 1995 and became an Equity Partner in 2003. He grew up in Cornwall and studied for a degree in Portsmouth before moving to London where he qualifiedas an associate of the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors. Mike is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He heads the commercial agency team and specialises in the acquisition and disposal of offices, shops and factories together with some development propositions. He also undertakes rent review and lease renewal work and looks after specific clients.
