Patrick has over 20 years as MRICS and has previously specialised in Valuation work. He has joined us from the Duchy of Cornwall and is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor with a strong background in commercial property management, estate strategy, and complex stakeholder negotiations across both public and private sectors whilst delivering commercially focused solutions across marine, infrastructure and traditional commercial assets. Outside of work, Patrick's primary focus is his family and working on his small holding. He is a Mylor Parish Councillor and Vice Chair of the Planning Committee as well as being on Falmouth and Penryn Climate Change Working Group and the Mylor representative on Restronguet Creek Society Committee.
