Jess joined the business in December 2025 as a Graduate Surveyor. She has a Masters in Real Estate from UCEM Reading and has until recently been working as an Associate Paralegal, Real Estate, for Womble Bond Dickinson in Plymouth. Jess will primarily be based within the Professional Team where Brian will mentor her through the APC. However, she will rotate around the business to gain as much experience as possible. Jess lives in Hayle with her husband and young son. She enjoys paddle boarding, camping, DIY and home interiors.
