Rob Luscombe Chartered Building Surveyor

Rob has recently joined us as a Chartered Building Surveyor. He has been a professional member of the RICS since 1992 and a former member of the British Institute of Architectural Technologists and AutoCAD conversant being experienced in building design and detailing as well as space management. Rob has for a number of years been with a multinational surveying practice in Plymouth working throughout the south-west of England and for many years being based in the Channel Islands coordinating, managing and undertaking professional Building Surveying work. He has provided a full range of professional services to the private and public sectors for commercial, industrial and residential property particularly specialising in pre-acquisition surveys, Schedules of Dilapidations as well as pre-dilapidations advice and reporting, expert witness work and Planned Preventative Maintenance reporting and advice, inspection and preparation of building defect reports, party wall matters, Schedules of Condition, property and asset management, damp surveys and moisture mapping as well as contract administration, supervision and valuation of construction work. Rob is also an APC mentor, supervisor and counsellor for surveying graduates seeking professional membership of the RICS. He lives in East Cornwall and is a keen amateur photographer and licensed radio amateur.
