With our own dedicated team of accountants we are well positioned to manage on behalf of clients all the various financial aspects associated with property management. We also have a highly experienced Facilities Manager who identifies, coordinates and oversees the implementation of property maintenance on behalf of our clients.

  • Giles Barton Partner

    The highly experienced Giles Barton joined us in July 2021 in the role of Senior Commercial Property Manager and was promoted to Head of Property Management in 2023. As of April 2024 he became equity Partner at Miller Commercial and Director of Miller Commercial Valuers Ltd and Listers Property Consultants. Giles, who is originally from Penryn, has extensive experience in the commercial property management sector, including QinetiQ and Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ), working with clients at all levels including the likes of British Airways, Royal Mail and G4S. Outside of work Giles likes to spend time with his wife and young daughter enjoying all that Cornwall has to offer.

  • Rupert Elphick Senior Commercial Property Manager

    Rupert is a recent addition to our expanding Property Management team, where he will manage the property assets of our Clients across the South West. He has over 10 years experience in the surveying profession with experience across a range of surveying practices allowing him to provide holistic advice to clients for the lifecycle of their commercial property journey. Most recently he was an Associate Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Bristol where he headed up office agency across the south west, providing strategic real estate advice to a range of corporate clients, including the Government Property Agency and dealing with acquisitions, disposals, re-gears and surrenders. Previous roles included agency in the industrial and retail markets, lease consultancy and property management. In his spare time Rupert enjoys surfing at his local beach Porthmeor, walking his two dogs along the coastal path, exploring Cornwall with his wife, tennis and cricket. A hard-earned winter holiday could be spent snowboarding in the Alps.

  • Nick Maffey Consultant

    Former equity Partner of the firm, Nick’s experience and expertise in both the national and international property management sectors are invaluable to our ever increasing institutional and high net worth clients. That experience included managing the prestigious Berkeley Square Estate in Mayfair owned by the Abu Dhabi Royal Family. Nick has recently been involved in the significant organic growth of the firm, geographically pushing the firm eastwards to cover the SW. This has included securing significant instructions to manage a number of major SW industrial and office portfolios. A keen surfer and Francophile Nick can often be found on his surfboard off the beaches of Newquay or drinking red wine with friends in the heart of Gascony.

  • Jane Perrin Senior Property Manager

    Jane joined the Property Management team following a move to Cornwall from the Midlands where she had several years’ experience working as a sales and lettings administrator as well as working for the National Association of Estate Agents. Jane was recently promoted to Senior Property Manager and her communication skills set her apart from the rest, from keeping everyone in the office laughing to dealing with all the difficulties a day in a property management department can bring, and all with a calm and reassuring approach. She is a very keen gardener and our resident gluten free baker!

  • Jacqui L'Heureux Commercial Property Manager

    We have recently added to our property management team with the appointment of Commercial Property Manager Jacqui L’Heureux. Jacqui brings 16 years of property management experience across a wide portfolio throughout Cornwall and Devon. This appointment is very timely as we are experiencing a significant surge in demand for our Property Management Services across the board from large shopping complexes to retail and business parks and industrial estates.

  • Julie Bell Facilities Manager

    Julie is our Facilities Manager within the Property Management Department. Previously she worked as a Facilities Officer for Cornwall Innovations Centres (part of the University of Plymouth) and was responsible for full compliance across all three sites in Cornwall. She is also experienced in dealing with all latent defects and landlord negotiations, health and safety, is IOSH qualified and is about to complete her NEBOSH qualification, maintenance management, PPM schedules and statutory inspections and services. Julie has 20 years' facilities management experience, including 14 of those working as an FM in Dublin, and has completed courses in everything from fire safety to COSHH, legionella and asbestos awareness to energy management, occupational first aid and incident investigation. She lives in Penryn with her husband and spends some of her downtime sea swimming, all year round!

  • Kim George Property Management Accountant

    Kim hails from St Austell and since 2008 has been working as an Accounts Assistant at Club La Costa in Par. Her previous roles have also been in accounts working for Dolphin Holidays, Larcombes Memorials and HMRC Inland Revenue, all in St Austell. With the growth of our Property Management department, Kim will be a valuable asset to the team. She has two boys who she enjoys countryside walks with and she also kayaks and swims.

  • Callum Worsley Property Management Accountant

    Due to the continued growth of our Property Management Department, Callum recently joined the Company.
