Having previously owned his own practice in Sussex, and also working over the next 7 years for GVA Grimley managing the prestigious Berkeley Square Estate - the London Real Estate assets of the Abu Dhabi Royal Family, Nick joined Miller Commercial in 2009 and in May 2013 became an Associate. Nick’s expertise lies in both Commercial and Residential Management, Health & Safety and Business Development.
Paul Duffy - Senior Property Manager
With over 25 years of senior property and project management experience Paul provides professional property management solutions to a mixed portfolio. Taking pride in providing a client-centred approach, which reflects particular circumstances and preferences, Paul tailors services to meet individual expectations and requirements across our diverse client base. Drawing on his strategic, operational and commercial experience Paul ensures first-rate quality services and positive impact which maximises profitability and the return from clients’ property assets.
Stephen Peckham - Facilities Manager
Stephen has an extensive career in facilities management and will be helping Miller Commercial clients to ensure they get best value from contractors and their properties’ mechanical and electrical systems. He has numerous qualifications including a BA Facilities Management degree from Sheffield Hallam. For the last eleven years Stephen has worked as a FM/Estates Manager for BBA PLC, Signature Flight Support, a London Luton Airport based firm servicing high end/VIP private jet arrivals and departures.
Louise Roberts - Head of Accounts
Louise's position within the company is Head of Accounts and her main role is processing the company’s payroll and all aspects of the Partnership’s Financial Accounts. She is also an Accounts Manager for our Property Management team and provides a treasury function for our Management clients.
Mark Best - Accounts Manager
Mark is a management accounts expert and is responsible for the general day-to-day administration of the finances involved in property management.
