The team specialises in the sale, acquisition and letting of all types of vacant commercial property including shops, offices, factories, warehouses and open storage sites.
Typical instructions range from a small lock up leasehold shop to a prime High Street unit occupied by a multi-national retailer. We advise on the sale of brand new offices and industrial units as well as older stock which may have limitations. We like to rise to any challenge put before us.
We can tailor our instructions to our client’s needs; many transactions including acquisitions are concluded confidentially “off-market” without publicity.
The team includes four dedicated fee earners with an agency support assistant which gives us strength and depth. Every client or instruction is assigned a lead case worker and a second fee earner so that there is always someone on hand with knowledge of the case. This is backed up by an extensive software package which is used to monitor instructions and transactions and also drives the property search section of this website which ensures that it is always kept up to date.
